> Cuckoo Farm Studios was established in 1992 when a small group of artists moved in and began to turn a derelict farm into a suitable establishment for practicing professional artists to work from.
Since then it has grown to house over 30 studios and prides itself on the professionalism of its artists and the reputation that they bring to the organisation. It has become a valuable resource within the wider community, through collaborative links with Colchester School of Art, Firstsite and Essex University.
Cuckoo Farm Studios supports emerging talent through the Graduate Award Scheme, and they continue to develop artists through professional development. CFS is located in a rural location and are proud of their rustic environment.
